When mom's home doesn't fit anymore, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I help caregiving daughters in Palm Coast make clear, compassionate decisions about mom's next chapter, without the guilt, the guesswork, or the pressure to rush.
Whether she’s aging in place, moving closer to family, downsizing, or transitioning to a community, I’ll help you understand your options and move forward with less overwhelm.

Graceful Transitions Begin with a Plan
Maybe something has shifted.
Maybe your mom had a fall. Maybe the stairs are becoming too much. Maybe you’ve started to worry every time the phone rings.
Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened yet, but you can feel that the house, the responsibilities, and the decisions are getting heavier.
These conversations are rarely simple. There may be family opinions, medical concerns, finances, legal questions, memories, guilt, timing, and a whole lot of “I don’t even know where to start.”
That’s where I come in.
By the time a family is thinking about selling a home, they’re often already juggling doctor’s appointments, caregiving responsibilities, legal questions, financial concerns, and difficult conversations.
I help families slow the process down enough to think clearly, look at the options, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
I also host community conversations for families facing these exact decisions, because most people don’t know where to start, and they shouldn’t have to start alone.
My job is to help make the housing part feel a little less overwhelming.
I believe planning ahead gives families more options, more confidence, and fewer costly mistakes. I don’t want families making rushed decisions from a place of guilt, fear, or exhaustion. I want them to understand their options early enough that they still have choices.
Living with my 84-year-old mother has given me a firsthand appreciation for the challenges many caregiving daughters face. It’s one of the reasons this work means so much to me.
