Hi, I'm Annie. I was born in South Korea and grew up in New York City. After living in California and North Carolina, I moved to Florida in 2018 following my stepdad’s death.
I never expected to live with my mom.
After 40 years together, she was facing life without him. I wanted to be nearby as we each began a new chapter.
Today, we share a home. We’ve had plenty of bumps along the way, and we’re still learning. I understand what it’s like to balance your own life with a parent’s needs, wishes, and independence. And I’ve learned that finding a home that works for everyone involves a lot more than counting bedrooms.
Working with seniors feels personal to me. I’m getting older too, and living with my mom has given me a close look at the decisions that come with aging. I’m interested in this part of life, what people want to keep, what they’re ready to let go of, and what they still want to do. A move can bring up a lot, but with time to plan and talk things through, it can also be something to look forward to.
I also enjoy learning about the resources available to seniors, whether that’s help to stay safely in their own home or finding a new place where they might discover friendships, activities, or little joys they hadn’t expected.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist®, I help families explore their housing options and navigate the practical steps of buying or selling a home.
Before real estate, I worked as a deep tissue massage therapist and esthetician. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 2008. While my business education gave me a practical foundation, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and what makes life meaningful.
I also volunteer with hospice and am training to become a guided autobiography facilitator. I enjoy taking time to listen and getting to know the person behind the move.
Outside of work, you can find me at the beach, sewing something to wear, taking a yoga, dance, or Pilates class, or attending a personal growth workshop.
